The host was incredibly helpful, providing clear communication via WhatsApp and offering great advice on transportation and local recommendations. The pool area was a peaceful oasis, and we loved being within walking distance of restaurants and a stunning beach. we had a relaxing and memorable stay at Satta Lodge. I highly recommend it!

The hosts are friendly and provide clear communication and helpful advice. The lodge is located close to restaurants and a sandy beach, perfect for swimming.

The road leading to the lodge is rocky and noisy, making it a bit inconvenient to enter and leave the premises.

Satta Lodge exceeded our expectations with its attentive staff, delicious breakfast options, and serene atmosphere. We loved the unique breakfast choices and the peacefulness of the lodge, surrounded by the lush rainforest. The cabins were new and spotless, providing high standards of comfort. The open rooms allowed us to hear the jungle life while being protected by mosquito nets. The pool, although a bit cooler, was still enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to beautiful beaches and away from the noise of Puerto Viejo.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

With its direct access to the swimming pool, I was able to take a refreshing dip anytime I pleased. The convenience and relaxation this provided cannot be overstated. The central location of Satta Lodge was a definite advantage. It allowed me to easily explore the vibrant surroundings and experience the local culture firsthand.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the jungle. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French pancakes. The hotel had a beautiful pool area with trees overlooking it. The location was great, with wildlife on site and a short walk to the beach.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast options were delicious and unique, with fresh squeezed juice, strong espresso coffee, and a choice of crepes with nutella or scrambled eggs with ham and local cheese. I also loved the fact that the lodge was set back from the main road, surrounded by amazing wildlife. I even saw a sloth in the tree while enjoying my breakfast!

Finding the lodge was a bit tricky, as there was no clear signage indicating the turn into the main road and extended road leading to the lodging. the road leading to the lodge was rocky and noisy, making it inconvenient to enter and leave the premises.

The beautiful grounds and modern design of the bungalows made us feel like we were in our own private jungle oasis. We loved how each bungalow was secluded, providing a sense of solitude and relaxation. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the included breakfast was a delicious start to our day. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, making it easy to enjoy the best of the area.

The strong chlorine in the pool, which could have been toned down a bit. Other than that, our experience at this hidden gem was absolutely fantastic.

We had an amazing honeymoon at Satta Lodge! It felt like being in the middle of the jungle, yet we were only a short distance from the beach and town. Our junior suite lodge was perfect, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. The room was not only incredible but also very romantic. The comfortable big bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. We loved the nice terrace, professional staff, and the incredible natural atmosphere. The breakfast was also satisfying and provided a great start to our days. Satta Lodge was our favorite place to stay in Costa Rica out of the four we booked.

My husband and I stayed at Satta Lodge for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The host, Paola, was incredibly kind and attentive. The private bungalow in the middle of nature was beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely porch to relax on. The property felt safe and secure. The delicious breakfast and gorgeous pool were definite highlights. We also enjoyed the great location outside of Puerto Viejo, within walking distance to the Jaguar Rescue Center and the delicious local soda Morian. our favorite place in Costa Rica.

We had a fantastic stay at Satta Lodge. Raphaël and Paola, our amazing hosts, made us feel right at home. The lodge is located in the jungle, so we got to experience the sounds of various animals at night, which was really cool. They also provided us with important information about tours, restaurants, and taxi numbers. Getting around without a car was a breeze, as the beach and town were easily accessible by foot or TukTuk. The breakfast was absolutely delicious too. We will definitely be coming back!

Rancho for tapas and board games. Great beaches Punta Uva and Playa Cocles nearby. Friendly owners, felt like home. Back to nature ambiance and simple amenities. Lovely pool area. Cozy bungalows for couples or small family. Highly recommended.
